Hotel Ruth’s restaurant is run in collaboration with Flor Matbar – beloved wine bar, known for its personal approach to food and its warm, relaxed atmosphere. Flor is responsible for the cuisine served in our dining room and has left its mark on both the menu and the overall expression.
The kitchen moves freely between the Mediterranean and the Nordics, where classic flavors meet unexpected combinations.
The menu is alive and constantly evolving, just like the wine list and the bar’s classic cocktails. The result is a restaurant experience that feels naturally integrated into Hotel Ruth – a place where guests and locals gather around food, wine, and conversation.
